Delivery Details

Dispatch Timescales

We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible and also ensure that our delivery charges are fair and reasonable. We have three delivery options, those being "Standard", "Xpress" and "PANIC", each one being faster than the previous.

If you ordered using the "Standard" delivery option (you'll find all delivery options on the Checkout page), we'll dispatch your order within 10 days of it being placed.

If your in a bit of a hurry then select the "Xpress" delivery option and we'll dispatch your order within 4 working days of it being placed.

Last-Minute Orders

If you need your order quicker than 4 working days then you can select the "PANIC" delivery option, but before you do this give us a ring on the Piggi hotline (0870) 080 2352 or e-mail us (use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page) so we can confirm we can meet that timescale. We'll certainly do everything we can not to let you down!

Delivery Timescales - United Kingdom

If you select the "Standard" delivery option we'll post your order using Parcel Force first class post, so your parcel will usually arrive the next working day after we've dispatched it, but obviously we're at the mercy of the Royal Mail, so delivery can take up to five working days (although this is very unusual). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

If you select the "Xpress" delivery option we'll post your order using the Royal Mail Special Delivery option, so your parcel is guaranteed to arrive the next working day after we've dispatched it - this is a good option if you've ordered a bit late and timescales are tight.

If you select the "PANIC" delivery option we'll basically drop everything, process your order and dispatch it all within 2 working days. Again we'll use the Royal Mail Special Delivery option, so your parcel is guaranteed to arrive the next working day after we've dispatched it.

Delivery Timescales - Rest of the World

The only option we have is Royal Mail Air Mail and this is taking the following timescales:

Europe: 10-14 working days
Australia: 21 working days

Delivery Charges

For deliveries within the United Kingdom we use the Parcel Force (first class) delivery for our "Standard" postage option, and Special Delivery (guaranteed next-day delivery) for our "Xpress" postage option.

P&P costs are banded depending on how many items you've ordered, but we always ensure that our delivery charges are fair and reasonable.
